INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Your initial assessment is imperative to create a highly specific exercise program for you. Initial intake includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, body mass, and balance assessments, in addition to goal setting.
PHASE 1
Phase 1 is at least 12 weeks and is focused on educating you on form and application behind each exercise. Everyone begins in Phase 1, checking in with their physiologist 2-3x/week to complete their exercise programming for the week. Regardless of where you are along your journey, you will begin in Phase 1, whether you are a first time exerciser or a body builder, we are capable of creating programming specific to you and your goals.
PHASE 2
Once you graduate from Phase 1, you are reassessed and move onto Phase 2, where you are more independent in your rehabilitation journey. Phase 2 participants are eligible for take home programming with greater independence and decision making in your exercise regimens. You will meet with your physiologist 2-3x/week to check in about your training.
