Revive 2 Thrive Wellness is your one-stop-shop for exercise programming and rehabilitation services. Founded in 2022 by exercise physiologist, Ari Weisen, my priority is to help you regain your strength, endurance, and obtain optimal health and wellbeing. I provide individualized, science-based programs for all levels, ranging from athletic performance to metabolic conditions and those who simply want to improve their health. INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Your initial assessment is imperative to create a highly specific exercise program for you. Initial intake includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, body mass, and balance assessments, in addition to goal setting.

Fitness

PHASE 1

Phase 1 is at least 12 weeks and is focused on educating you on form and application behind each exercise. Everyone begins in Phase 1, checking in with their physiologist 2-3x/week to complete their exercise programming for the week. Regardless of where you are along your journey, you will begin in Phase 1, whether you are a first time exerciser or a body builder, we are capable of creating programming specific to you and your goals.

PHASE 2

Once you graduate from Phase 1, you are reassessed and move onto Phase 2, where you are more independent in your rehabilitation journey. Phase 2 participants are eligible for take home programming with greater independence and decision making in your exercise regimens.You will meet with your physiologist 2-3x/week to check in about your training.

Ari Weisen

       Ari is a dedicated professional Exercise Physiologist and Biologist hailing from Northern Colorado. With a steadfast commitment to delving into the intricate realms of exercise oncology, her life's work revolves around exploration and research, aimed at unraveling the scientific mechanisms that underlie this fascinating field.

        Her academic journey has been enriched by multiple degrees earned from the University of Northern Colorado. Recently, she attained her second Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences, which has further expanded her knowledge and expertise. However, it was during her initial pursuit of a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology that she was captivated by the physiological processes governing our daily lives, particularly in relation to metabolic disorders. This engrossing field propelled her to delve deeper into understanding the intricacies of human physiology and the impact of exercise on overall well-being.

       Throughout her academic pursuits, Ari has had the privilege of working on various research projects and collaborations, allowing her to gain valuable insights into the interconnectedness of exercise, biology, and human health. By combining her knowledge of exercise physiology with her expertise in biological sciences, she strives to bridge the gap between these disciplines, shedding light on the physiological adaptations brought about by exercise and its potential implications for individuals with metabolic disorders and other health conditions.

       Ari's passion for the field of exercise oncology is fueled by the desire to contribute to the growing body of knowledge that can positively influence the lives of individuals facing health challenges. She firmly believes in the transformative power of research and is dedicated to conducting rigorous studies that contribute to evidence-based practices in exercise oncology.

       As a diligent and inquisitive professional, Ari constantly seeks to expand her understanding of the complex interactions between exercise, biology, and human health. She is driven by the pursuit of excellence and aims to apply her expertise to make meaningful contributions to the field, ultimately improving the lives of individuals through the promotion of health and well-being.
